Mr. Sanchit Jain has done his Bachelor's in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC). He cleared his Chartered Accountancy Final Examination in 2007 and was placed in the merit list in PE-II (28th rank all over India). He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA). He is also pursuing for LLB and PGDBA. He has passed certification course NCFM of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). Before joining the firm as a partner, he worked with a leading tax litigation firm in India. He is the second generation of the family who has joined the practice. Apart from advising clients (both domestic and international) on various issues under the Income-Tax Act, Wealth Tax Act and Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements, he has good experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). He has also been involved in preparation of project reports for various small and medium size enterprises and has assisted them in getting their projects financed from various banks.
